1. Account Information

When you register for a Guruji Numerosynergy account, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and encrypted password credentials necessary to authenticate your session and personalize your dashboard.

2. Name & Date-of-Birth Data Used for Reports

To generate numerology reports, you provide specific calculation inputs such as full birth name, current name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, partner birth details (for Marriage Compatibility reports), business names, or vehicle registration numbers. These inputs are used strictly to compute your requested numerology report sections and PDF documents.

3. Personal Data Processing

Your personal and numerology input data is processed to:

  • Execute numerology calculations (Mulank, Bhagyank, Name Numbers, Lo Shu Grid, Kua Number, Personal Year cycles, and compatibility matrices).
  • Generate interactive report sections and downloadable PDF files.
  • Maintain your personal report library in My Reports, Saved Reports, and Report History.
  • Provide customer support and service notifications.

4. Authentication & Security

All communication between our Web/Mobile applications and `https://api.gurujinumerosynergy.com/api/v1` occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections. User sessions are protected using Laravel Sanctum token authentication, and report access endpoints verify that only the authenticated owner of a report can view or download it.

5. Report History & Storage

Generated reports, PDF metadata, and report activity logs (such as generation timestamps, status updates, and PDF download counts) are stored in your account so you can revisit your reports anytime. Bookmarks saved via the Saved Reports feature on your device are scoped to your user account.

6. Data Retention

Account profile data and generated reports are retained for as long as your account remains active or as required to provide you access to your report history and purchase records. Individual report availability windows, where applicable, are displayed on your report cards.

7. Third-Party Services

Where paid report orders are processed, payment transactions are handled through authorized payment gateway providers in accordance with their security standards. We do not sell or rent your personal birth details or numerology reports to third-party marketers.

8. User Rights

You may review and update your profile information (name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and password) at any time from the Profile & Settings section of the application, or contact support to request account assistance.
